Camp Procedure, Prices & Booking

1. Weekend camps start at 5:00 p.m. on Friday and end on Sunday at 1:00 p.m.

2. A non-refundable deposit of R1000 per group is required to secure your booking.

3. A further payment of 50% of the outstanding balance is to be paid three weeks prior to your camp date. The current cost is R200 per camper (subject to change as without notice).

4. Please call our office with the total number of camper/counsellors, three weeks prior to your camp date.

5. The JR camp is designed for ages 9-14. No exceptions!

6. A minimum of 120 camper/ counselors is required to secure a private camp.

7. If need be, more than one church or organization can combine to make up a camp.

8. All counsellors must be at least 18 years of age. One counsellor per 8-12 children is required. Boys and girls are divided into separate groups. All girl groups require a female counselor and all boy groups require a male counselor.

9. If you are bringing special needs children please notify us upon booking. We request that you provide an extra counselor to care for each special needs child.

10. One week prior to your camp date please FAX or Email us the names of each camper including their age and sex.

11. Please have campers label their belongings.

12. Your group will be required to cover costs for campers without medical aid. Each camper will be required to sign a medical release form.

13. Make sure you bring a “bag full of courage”, and be prepared to have FUN, FUN and more FUN, on a weekend you’ll never forget.
